Site maintenance
We have support teams to assist you in using your site to its maximum potential. From our standard contract you'd get 6 months of free support. Simply call us if any problem occurs on your site.
From the moment we've finished training you or your staff, the half year maintenance clause kicks in and we'll begin monitoring your site.
What happens after your site is online?
Here's what;
- Your site will be automatically indexed by search engines ( Google, Yahoo, etc ), so THERE IS NO NEED TO MANUALLY SUBMIT IT. Do not be swayed by offers to submit your site to hundreds of search engines for blah blah dollars. The really good search engines has programs that works around the clock browsing new sites and adding them. The others, in turn will take it from there.
- You are supposed to promote your site. To your consumers, to your clients, to your colleagues, link them to your social media pages ( twitter, facebook, etc)
- Once everything that can be done to promote your site is done, evaluate the traffic. A good site should have at least 1000 visitors per day per category. Example: If your site sells mobile phones AND house appliances... then you have two categories and the target is 2000 visitors per day.
- If your site has web applications, monitor its usage. Example: Once we've finished constructing your HRD web apps, you should test placing job openings and see if it attracts the right amount of job applicants, sort them based on skill and criterias. Use the automated job interview caller to invite them.
- Improve the quality and quantity of visitor each quarter.
