They're one of the catchiest slogans used by almost all SEO consulting company out there on the www, which is in our opinion.... really excessive and outrageously misleading because it generates an expectation that no sane SEO company can produce. Why? I'll address the first slogan: We can get you first position on GOOGLE!
Search engine position isn't something you can get just by some quick SEO, it takes lots of time and effort and depends largely on;
And even if you do get it, the position moves fluidly up and down the ranks.
Here's my take on the 2nd slogan 1st Page Ranking for your website on all search engines!My first objection: There's no point in optimizing for ALL search engines because since early 2000 Google has officially become the most powerful search engine database, all other search engines now leech on its existing data. Google is also now the toughest search engine to optimize for, which is all the more reason why SEO experts now focus on it exclusively. Second objection: It's not about having your website listed on 1st page, but it's about getting listed for keywords that matters. Example: Suppose that you are selling electric fans and your brand business is called "airbuzz", it's not necessarily a good thing to be listed for your brand because sometimes internet browsers DO NOT KNOW YOUR BRAND, and is simply looking for an electric fan vendor. Since it is very unlikely that there are other electric fans called "airbuzz" in the world, it's almost guaranteed that your site will achieve 1st page for it. It all comes down to understanding your potential buyers and how they would search for your products / services |
